Flexible Returns

Our return address is set by default to the Printful facility. Rest assured, we'll send you an automated notification once we receive a returned shipment. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days, giving back to the community.

Got the Wrong Address?

No worries! If your delivery address is insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. We only ask that you cover the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.

Safety First

Please note, due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks. We know this can be disappointing, but your safety is our top priority.

Buyer's Remorse

For our Brazilian customers, if you regret a purchase, please contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days after receiving the product, providing a picture of the item. After evaluating, if the product has not been used or damaged, we'll process your refund.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges, as well as returns for products, are offered at your expense and discretion. If you accept, just place a new order at your cost for a face mask or a product in another size.
