Delivery

When can you expect your order?

We're as excited as you are for you to get your order. Typically, we fulfill orders within 3-7 days, then we ship them out. Depending on where you're located, here's a rough estimate:

  • USA: 3-4 business days

  • Europe: 6-8 business days

  • Australia: 2-14 business days

  • Japan: 4-8 business days

  • Everywhere else: 10-20 business days

Don't worry, we've got you, no matter where you are – we work with a global on-demand order fulfillment company.

International orders

Be aware, customs and tax fees may apply on international orders. These are out of our control, and policies vary for each country. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

If you think your order is overdue, before you reach out to us, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any delivery address errors

  • Look in with your local post office

  • Knock on your neighbors' doors – the courier might have left your package with them

If all's correct, and your package is nowhere to be found, email us at baseddynamics@gmail.com with your order number. We've got your back!

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love what you buy. If there's any issue with your order – wrong or damaged items – let us know ASAP at baseddynamics@gmail.com with photos. We'll sort it out, whether that means sending a new item or giving you a refund.

At the moment, we don't offer exchanges or returns. But we provide detailed sizing charts for each item, so you can find your perfect fit. If by rare chance an item is mislabeled, let us know within a week of receiving it, and we'll make things right!

What is the difference between Standard fit and Athletic fit on Hoodies?

Standard fit is just what you would expect  a normal Hoodie to fit like, Loose fitting but not sloppy. (This is well suited for all body types)

Our Athletic fit Hoodies utilize different sewing techniques and they fit tighter on the body and hug you more. They look great on chubby, skinny, or muscular physiques But just keep in mind that they are a bit more form fitting than your average "Standard fit" Hoodie.
